Try the top kneebar, but you can't finish it for some reason.
Switch your hips. Your body rotates 180 degrees so you are facing him. Let his foot go across your body to your other side.
Trap his toes in your armpit and bring your forearm under his heel. Gable grip right over his Achilles tendon to lock his heel.
Bend his knee so it is not straight to make it more effective. Roll over your other shoulder. Tap!
Be careful because a heel hook can cripple. Torn ACLs and LCLs are common. In practice just let go of the heel so your partner doesn't hurt his knee.
