Rolling toe hold to top kneebar

Rick Macauley showed us this move at his seminar. Thanks to Prashant and Pat for helping me with my notes.

  1. You try the rolling toehold but he straightens his other leg into it to defend. Switch your attack to that leg.

  2. Swim your top arm around so his ankle is under your armpit. Pinch your elbow to your side for control.

  3. Keeping your butt close to him, lean back and hip in to finish the kneebar.
