Rick Macauley showed us this move at his seminar. Thanks to Prashant and Pat for helping me with my notes.
You try the footlock from half guard on his right ankle. But you can't get it for some reason (like he crosses his legs). Let go of the ankle. Use your left hand on his calf (gripping outside-in) to turn his leg towards you and control it a little better.
Post on the ground with your right hand and twist your body parallel to the ground (belly down) with your butt scooted closer to his hips.
Sit on his hip and keep his leg tight to your chest. Sit back for the kneebar with your hips glued to his thigh and your knees pinched tight.
Finish the kneebar by leaning back and hiping in like an armbar.
You can do this from any ankle lock not just the one from half guard. I call it a bottom kneebar because you are attacking the bottom leg. In other kneebars you attack the top leg.
