Bottom kneebar to rolling toe hold

Rick Macauley showed us this move at his seminar. Thanks to Prashant and Pat for helping me with my notes.

  1. You try the bottom kneebar but he defends by triangling his legs.

  2. While facing away, swim over top of his right leg with your right arm at the ankle.

  3. Front roll over your right shoulder into the toe hold.

  4. Figure-4 your arms around the ankle with the top on his toes.

  5. Bend his knee to make it more effective (not straight leg). Try to put his toes into his butt. Tap!
