Rick Macauley showed us this move at his seminar. Thanks to Prashant and Pat for helping me with my notes.
You get an arm-in guillotine any way. Rick showed examples both from a front headlock while standing and from butterfly guard on the ground.
He starts passing to your right.
When he gets closer to parallel with your body, rotate your hips so you have a good base with your body above his, still with the headlock.
Shove your right arm across his chest just outside his right armpit. Grip your left arm's bicep. (I have short arms so I sometimes use a tight Gable grip instead.) Your left hand goes on his back.
Dip your head into the hole and gator roll 270 degrees so you are on your side. Walk to his feet to finish the anaconda choke.
