Rick Macauley showed us this move at his seminar. Thanks to Prashant and Pat for helping me with my notes.
You have butterfly guard with an overhook on his right side and your right forearm framing across his throat.
Drive up into him so your COG is above his, threatening the sweep. He will start to to pressure back to prevent going onto his back.
Slide your right arm over his shoulder then around his head. Hold his chin for control. Without unlooping your overhook, grip your own wrist with your left hand. Now you have the headlock with his arm still inside.
Finish the arm-in guillotine as before. It is not necessary to completely free your right leg as long as you grip tight around his waist with your guard and are on your side. You can switch to and anaconda choke if he tries to pass.
